The UK Literacy Initiative virtual camp will be a series of programmes run by senior school students in sixth form around the country. These will be offered for ages 9-12, on a range of topics in which our programme directors have a particular interest or area of expertise. These programmes will offer learning opportunities as well as fun activities which can be done at home over this summer.
Our volunteers will be running these programmes between 11AM and 3PM (BST), Monday to Friday, August 3rd - August 21st
Each session is an hour long and will be run over zoom, access to a computer or phone with zoom is therefore required. Attendance to all sessions is not required so campers are free to pick those which they feel they would enjoy.
