The Literacy Initiative is hosting the 3rd Annual Winter Writing Contest.

Our goal is to encourage students to enhance their writing skills and embrace their creativity. Students will write their short story based the picture (as shown on the right). The stories will be graded on creativity, flow, and grammar.

1st Place Winner - Prize Package: includes a bag of books, a new backpack with school supplies, and a pack of Cardinals tickets (enough for the entire class!)
2nd & 3rd Place Winners - Prize Package: includes a bag of books and a new backpack with school supplies.

Please encourage your students to participate and submit their short stories to this form no later than March 13th.
